Established in 1971, this family-owned and operated business, wanted to establish an online presence where it’s customers could purchase accessories for all their equestrian needs. They offer a range of products including Apparel & Gear, Tack & Equipment, Blankets, Stables, Health Care items, Used Saddles, and Supplements.
Prior to this, the client had never executed any social media campaigns. The question posed to us was: “How can we translate the extensive brand presence the business has through its brick-and-mortar location into online sales?”
We were able to leverage first-party signals and strategic A/B testing strategies which media strategy was driving incremental conversions and gauge which ad touchpoints were driving the most business value. By doubling down on those, we were able to 140 sales at $7.10 CPA, resulting in a 37.7x return on ad spend.
